Susan is a seasoned management consultant and human resources executive with over 25 years of business, not-for profit, legal and government experience including deep proficiency in practical strategic development and execution, pragmatic process development, effective change management and human resources strategies and operations. Susan has a strong work ethic with exceptional capacity to quickly absorb and analyze information and offer constructive, contextual and implementable solutions that meet business goals and further organizational ends. She has a proven ability to provide turnaround leadership, drive execution of projects, motivate individual and group performance, investigate and provide solutions to workplace problems, and effect organizational change. She is active in several Seattle non-profits, including serving as president of the board for YouthCare, a services organization for homeless youth.

Meg's first career was journalism, working at newspapers in Arizona and Texas covering arts and culture, and in national magazines covering the arts. She transitioned to technology and led the launch of several new product lines for Amazon.com, in addition to creating content deals and managing editorial content and teams for the books, music and DVD stores. At Microsoft, she launched several Sidewalk.com sites, and worked with local content providers to tailor listings for MSN's national audience. As a management consultant, Meg has worked extensively in Global Health advocacy and policy, focused on HIV, malaria and anti-tobacco platforms. She has produced many videos and infographics, including those for The Living Proof Project, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and ONE.org.
